Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive creative strategies that align with clients' objectives, target audiences, and market trends.
Consumer Insights: Utilize research and data analysis to gain deep insights into consumer behavior and preferences, informing the creation of highly targeted and resonant campaigns.
Ideation and Conceptualization: Drive brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and campaign concepts that push the boundaries of conventional advertising.
Campaign Direction: Work closely with creative teams, providing strategic guidance and direction throughout the creative development process.
Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment, partnering with account managers, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities that inform strategic decisionmaking.
Campaign Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns, using datadriven insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients to present and articulate strategic concepts, garnering support and buyin for creative solutions.
Industry Trends: Stay abreast of emerging trends in advertising, design, technology, and consumer behavior, incorporating relevant insights into campaign strategies.
