    • Ensure the safety of guests,suppliers, visitors contractors and employees., and property byactively monitoring the premises and responding to incidentspromptly and appropriately.
    • Assist inresponding to emergencies, including fires, medical incidents, andother critical situations, following established safetyprocedures.
    • Keeps the Cluster Health &Safety Officer & Cluster Director of Security informed ofall safety related matters.
    • Liaises withManagement personnel and all employees and assist with safetyconcerrns.
    • Liaises with local law enforcementand Fire & Safety officials ifrequired.
    • Proper grooming at alltimes
    • Inspects lobbies, corridors, guestfloors, public areas and outside, including parkingarea.
    • Inspect public areas to detect fires,unsafe conditions, and conditions of safetyequipments.
    • Provide assistance and support toguests, addressing their safety concerns and inquiriesprofessionally and courteously.
    • Notifiesconcerned Department Head of presence of persons with questionablereputations.
    • Assists management and enforcementofficers in emergency situations.
    • Complies andrecords data for Safety Control.
    • Investigates& Document all incidents, accidents, and safety-relatedactivities in a clear and concise manner, maintaining accuraterecords.
    • Ensures all Fire safety equipment isat the designated places and are serviceable at alltimes.
    • Ensures all Fire Exits and stairs areclear from obstruction at all times.
    • Reportscomplaints or problems to Cluster Health & Safety Officer& Cluster Director of Security if no immediate solution canbe found.
    • Ensures a high level of productknowledge of hotel and local areas.
    • Ensures ahigh level of customer service is consistentlymaintained.
    • Ensures the Cluster Health& Safety Officer & Cluster Director of Security iskept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either customers orother departments.
    • Reads all memos concerningSafety.
    • Attends training sessions as scheduledto improve skills and knowledge.
    • At the end ofthe shift or the day, she/he has to communicate all informationthat the next shift or the Cluster Health & Safety Officer& Cluster Director of Security has to know for a wellrunning of the operations.
    • Provide Safetyrelated trainings to the departments/ contractors as assigned byCluster Health & SafetyOfficer.
