We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to attract the best available talent in the market and support our Retail division with its recruitment needs

Responsibilities:
Support the Talent Acquisition Leads with the sourcing and first-stage screening of candidates.
Provide both candidate short lists and long list are for the appropriate TA Lead within the agreed SLAsProvide both snapshot and in-depth candidate market mapping data for specific business recruitment campaigns


Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in any professional field relevant to the business area or within HR would be preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of recruitment/ sourcing experience in retail or massive hiring is requiredExperience working within a large matrix organization would be an advantage
