Description
We are seeking a Business Developer to join Signature Holiday Homes llc Short Term Rentals team. We have multiple vacancies.

We are looking for someone who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative.


Key responsibilities include:
Proactively building a portfolio of short-term properties

Approaching landlords by using database, Dubizzle ads and personal references etc

Dealing with referrals from internal agents

Reaching out new Homeowners and convince them to take their property onboard on Short-Term

Meeting with landlords to get agreements signed

Preparing and sending financial projections to landlords

Role requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience relevant experience or real state back ground.

Experience in Dubai preferred

Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred

Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills

Proven experience improving customer satisfaction

Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in multiple languages like English, Arabic, Russian etc.


Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
