Job Summary:
Windmills Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent client support, resolve inquiries, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide feedback to management for process improvements.
• Support service excellence and client retention initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Customer-focused, patient, and adaptable.
