As a Senior Analytics Manager youwill be at the forefront of driving datadriven decisionmakingacross the organization and building advanced machine learningmodels that power our transformative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Workwith stakeholders throughout the organization to understandchallenges identify opportunities to make datadriven bankingsolutions.
• Perform indepth analysis oflargescale structured and unstructured datasets to identifypatterns trends and correlations.
• Drivebusiness decisionmaking and optimize key performanceindicators.
• Conduct exploratory data analysisand hypothesis testing to gain deep insights into various analysisareas like customer behavior market dynamics operational efficiencyetc.
• Design and develop advanced machinelearning models algorithms and statistical methodologies toincrease and optimize customer experiences revenue generation usingcross/upsell products and other business outcomes.
• Analyze and optimize Digital Journeys and provideinsights.
• Build scalable and efficient machinelearning pipelines to preprocess transform and analyze data formodel development.
• Deploy machine learningmodels into production in collaboration with relativeEngineers.
• Conduct research andexperimentation to enhance existing models and drive innovationwithin the organization.
• Fostering acollaborative and knowledgesharing culture within theteam.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctionalteams and business stakeholders to understand theirrequirements.

CandidateProfile

• 10 years ofBanking experience in a data science role with a focus on buildingand deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
• Bachelors or masters degree in one of Data ScienceComputer Science Information Technology Economics InformationSystems Statistics Applied Math.
• Proficiencyin SQL and Python; familiarity with SAS Scala or Spark is aplus.
• Strong understanding of statisticalconcepts and methodologies and demonstrated experience in applyingmachine learning techniques.
• Excellentproblemsolving skills.
• Experience with anymajor Cloud provider (e.g. Azure GCP AWS etc.) is aplus.
• Excellent communication &collaboration skills and fluency in English.
