As a Client Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

You will handle client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

A successful candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide information about products and services to clients.
• Assist clients in resolving issues and concerns.
• Process client orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate client records and update client information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to arrange delivery of orders.
• Handle client complaints and escalate to appropriate departments, if necessary.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
