Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness., and the Cashier will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Calculate and return change to customers as needed.
  • Scan items and ensure that prices are accurate.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items, promotions, and special offers.
  • Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Follow all cash handling procedures and security measures to prevent theft and fraud.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
