Reviews the contract documents for eachConstruction Package in respect of OSHE requirements and proceduresand advises the Construction Manager of anydeficiency.

Reviews and advises the ProjectDirector/Manager on on-site safety organizations and key personnelCVs as submitted by the Contractors.

Develops andimplements OSHE Systems.

Continually improvesOSHE implementation across the project by providing direction andguidance to our client and assessing the effectiveness of theManagement System and taking part in the annualreview.

Performs Risk Assessment as deemednecessary.

Ensures all activities on-site complywith safety procedures in respect of the format signed off by theSafety Officer.

Ensures OSHE Staff on site areadequate and reports to the Project Director in case of ashortfall. Ensure team members on-site follow safety procedures andreport to the Project Director in case ofdeficiency.

Participates in weekly meetings andmonthly executive meetings.

Coordinates withother OSHE Managers to ensure that OSHE policy isimplemented.

Participates with PM staff inreviewing and assessing the CloseoutReport.
