- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local construction companies and governmental bodies to ensure the success and growth of the business by:Develop and implement a comprehensive B2G sales plan aligned with company goals and strategyEnsure a strong relationship with key government decision-makers and influencers to exceed sales targetsResponsible for developing proposals and presenting them to the end customer showing the value proposition of your solutions to government entities
- Represent the brand in major HVAC-related associations
- Develop a strategic framework that enables products, service offers, and business models to scale quickly to meet each market demand
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends
- Customer Handover: Manage the handover of new customers to the sales team for the implementation of the solution
- Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
- 8+ years of experience in B2B/B2G Sales Management
- Accomplished a string of successful high-value government deals closures.
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Experience in the construction & real estate market or governmental bodies
- Excellent Presentation and training skills (Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel skills are necessary)
- Self-motivated, hard-working, team player with strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Able to foster relationships with Internal and regional stakeholders to achieve goals
- Able to navigate a global corporate organization and deal with high-pressure situations
- Able to deal with multi-working styles personalities & nationalities
