Responsibilities:

Communicating with current/new clients as well as public and private parties, tracking official advertisements to select suitable tenders.
Working closely with the management and relevant sections/department heads, to secure collecting the pertinent data and inputs for preparing the best competitive technical and commercial proposals on time.
Providing advice and guidance to management and relevant staff members on pricing, price assessing, and benchmarking, in addition to preparing the most effective technical proposals and prequalification documents for the clients' key members.
Continuously updating documents related to tenders, such as prequalification, organizational chart, appreciation letters, size and expertise of technical staff, etc. These documents are always readily available for submission, to ensure the crafting of persuasive technical and commercial proposals.
Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.
Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns to management and relevant sections / department heads and clients.
Projects award costbenefit analysis, as required.
Conducting the registration process with potential clients to secure the company's prequalification and receiving RFQs.
Advising on additional requirements of current licenses to secure maximum access to prospective clients and RFQs.
Identifying marketing activities and methods of achieving the highest ICV to improve market competition.
Continuously updating the database of subconsultants, specialists, and associates required for services demanded by clients.
Tracking market tendering trends, and identifying requirements to secure the highest market share as per the trends.
Advising on "awards" competitions and supporting in winning them.
Following up on tenders submitted by the Office up to the award, analysis of merits and demerits, and archiving documents to benefit from them in other tenders.
Contributing to resources for the previous activities planning and task management with the supporting staff members.
Providing the bid management supporting staff members' required guidance and coaching, and assessing their performance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering or Architecture.
-
Minimum 5 years of overall experience as a

proposals/tender engineer, including a

minimum of 2 years in UAE with an engineering design consultant.

Proactive, confident, engaged, reliable, and can perform independently with mínimal supervision to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment responsible.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both

English and Arabic.
