- Assess any new/proposed customerbusiness to myStation for HSE competence as a prerequisite to anynewly contracted customer, collect relevant information and prepare'Technical Report' according to HSE andbusiness needs. Recommend to management actions required fornoncompliant customers.
- Develop andcontinuously improve procedures for myStation operations andmonitor their implementation, in line with company strategy andguidelines and according to marketstandards.
- Ensure contingency plans are inplace in case of emergencies to conduct the operations smoothly.Coordinate with 3rd party service provides and manage themaintenance of trucks and trailers on regularbasis.
- Communicate regularly on all new andexisting procedures and policies to ensure that all team membersreceive relevant information and policies/procedures are properlyimplemented/followed.
- Work closely with teamleader to advise myStation employees on policies and processes andin case of any breach in the implantation of HSE standards, presentthe same during key meetings.
- Manage theprovision, control and optimization of logistics, warehouse,transportation and customer services.
- Managestock availability and quality by forecasting supply and demand toprevent overstocking and running out-of-stock. Record and analyzedelivery times/ schedules and advise measures to reducetransportation costs and increaseefficiency.
- Ensure customers are provided witha high standard of service, by providing continuous guidance andresolving customer complaints in timely manner in order to achievehigh customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, coachand train MyStation operation Team to ensure they work to theirbest potential and contribute effectively as a team. Work in linewith HSE Policy and ensure awareness and compliance of HSE rulesand regulations by subordinates.
- Keep track ofany changes that occur in legislations or internal HSE policies,communicating them to management and other relevantdepartments.
- Verify adherence to SOPs andManuals by conducting periodic site visits. Record and FilesPeriodic Checks for futurereference.
- Participate in business expansion/development project and provide proposals for operationalefficiency which includes but not limited to land use,infrastructure support, demographic and costing facts andfigures.
- Manage the development and maintenanceof effective key business relationships with all relevantexternal/internal entities and all sections with the higheststandards of business ethics, whilst promptly attending to allcritical issues in-order to ensure the services required by theorganization are delivered in the most effective manner.
- Bachelor's degree inoperations and Logistics management or relatedfield
- 5 years of experience in logistics andoperations management preferable in oil and gas or retailindustry.
