- Deliver outstanding primary healthcare services to individuals and families of all ages
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with patients, providing continuity of care
- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of common acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and make referrals to specialists as necessary
- Promote preventive care and provide education on healthy lifestyles and disease prevention
- Manage chronic conditions, including developing personalized treatment plans and monitoring patient progress

- Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in family medicine
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Family Medicine Specialist/Consultant
- Completion of a recognized residency program in family medicine
- Proven experience in providing primary care to individuals and families of diverse backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of and ability to apply evidence-based practices in family medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and effectively collaborate with colleagues
- Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
