- Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and procedures
- Manage the entire document lifecycle: creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving
- Ensure documents are accurately indexed, stored, and quickly retrievable
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather, review, and organize documentation
- Perform regular document audits to ensure completeness and compliance
- Maintain strict version control and track all document revisions
- Train internal teams on document control processes and best practices
- Generate reports on document status, compliance metrics, and audit findings
- Support implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and document control standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in document control or a similar role
- Middle East experience is mandatory
- Experience in the construction industry —specifically residential villa building —is required
- Proficiency in ACONEX and ASITE document management systems
- Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Solid understanding of filing, archiving, and database management
- Experience with quality control procedures and data entry
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Relevant certifications in document management (preferred)
