Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Sirene Beach by Gaia in Dubai.

- Previous experience in a similar position within fine dining restaurant or upmarket concepts
- Experience in high-end Greek or Mediterranean cuisine is highly preferred
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
