    Description

    We are looking to hire an HR Admin who will be responsible for managing the seamless departure of employees, ensuring that all offboarding processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and local regulations. This role is for our client based in Dubai, who are one of the largest companies in the region.

    This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance. The role sits within the HR Department and reports directly to the Government Relations Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
    • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback, reasons for departure, and suggestions for improvement.
    • Maintain accurate records of offboarding activities, including the return of company assets, access revocation, and necessary paperwork.
    • Ensure that offboarding processes adhere to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices in the United Arab Emirates.
    • Manage the return and retrieval of company assets, such as laptops, access cards, and any other equipment issued to employees.
    • Collaborate with various departments to complete clearance procedures, including finance, IT, and HR.
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer and handover of responsibilities from departing employees to their successors or colleagues.
    • Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and present findings to the HR team.
    • Provide departing employees with necessary information and support regarding their departure, including details about benefits, final pay, and other relevant information.

    Knowledge, skills & experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven 2-5 years of experience in offboarding, HR, or related fields.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices and UAE labor law.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in any HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and MS Office Suite.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
