Duties include cleaning, performing simple repairs and maintenance tasks and performing security checks for the villa.

  • Cleaning the villa
  • Gardening and performing landscape duties
  • Inspecting the villa, including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems
  • Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required
  • Monitoring cleaning materials, tools, and furniture and reordering as required
  • Monitoring the cars and garage
  • Assisting the chairman with his needs
