We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at VAGA. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our upscale restaurant.

Responsibilities:


Multi-tasking:
Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all aspects of restaurant operations run smoothly.
Prioritize tasks and responsibilities to maintain a high level of service.


Customer Engagement:
Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive dining experience.
Interact with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.


Time Management:
Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure efficient service and operational excellence.
Coordinate and oversee daily restaurant activities to maximize productivity.


Coaching and Training:
Train and coach staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold the restaurant's standards.
Provide constructive feedback and support the professional development of team members.


Upscale Restaurant Experience:
Previous experience working in upscale or fine dining establishments.
Familiarity with the expectations and standards of upscale dining service.


Language Skills:
Proficient in English; additional proficiency in Russian or Arabic is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and staff.


Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in an upscale restaurant setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.


Salary:
AED7, AED9,000.00 per month
