Handling Daily routine reception tasks, attending calls, connecting calls & conference, local as well as international- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- To arrange/check the stationery and pantry items are available and to arrange purchases of the same and monitor the usage on monthly basis
- Receive, sort, distribute and dispatch mails and couriers within the office; file correspondence and other materials as required.
Qualifications:
-
UAE National is a must (with family book):
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
English and Arabic are must
Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
