- Clean all common areas of theaccommodation
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene ismaintained at all times, especially in thebathrooms
- Clean all public areas in and aroundthe accommodation
- Prepare room for newassociate arriving as per theSOP's
- Ensure accommodation of the newassociate is in hygienic and good condition
- Tomonitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage, breakage andwastage.
- To handle staff enquiries in acourteous and efficient manner and report staff complaints orproblems to Team Leader if no immediate solution can be found andassure follow up with staff.
- Service focused personality isessential
- Prior experience working in a similarrole in a 5 star property
- Fluency inEnglish
