- Experience within a Procurement Category with the ability to work across multiple Subcategories and projects.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with the ability to understand and interpret data, bringing insight.
- Experience in working with data analysis tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
- Demonstratable examples of initiating and implementing tangible improvements to systems and processes.
- Ability to work autonomously with a can-do attitude.
- Experience of managing End-to-End Procurements and supplier management.
- Ability to manage and prioritize projects in a fast-moving environment and adapt to change.
- Ability to manage and deliver successful negotiations, results and contract tendering.
- Notable level of procurement delivery including RFx, market analysis, supplier management, contract Management and oversight.
- Excellent levels of written and verbal communication, with strong influencing skills.
- Ability to build solid and lasting working relationships.
- Demonstrable knowledge of global/regional delivery across complex environments.
- Experience of utilising and managing procurement systems and tools.
- Excellent IT and numeracy skills.
- CIPS qualification is desirable.
