    Description

    Roles &Responsibilities

    • Provide guidance andassist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property forthe right price under the best terms.
    • Determineclients' needs and financials abilities to proposesolutions that suit them
    • Intermediatenegotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions,prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuringa fair and honest dealing
    • Perform comparativemarket analysis to estimate properties'value
    • Select and show homes and properties thatmeet client needs, help identify the best options, and assistclient with redefining needs whennecessary
    • Prepare necessary paperwork(contracts, leases, deeds, closing statementsetc)
    • Maintain and update listings of availableproperties
    • Develop networks and cooperate withmortgage lenders, developers etc
    • Remainknowledgeable about real estate markets and bestpractices.

    Desired CandidateProfile

    • Provenworking experience as a Real EstateAgent.
    • Prior sales experience in Bank, LuxurySales, Insurance, Luxury Cars and Retail ispreferred.
    • A good command of written and spokenEnglish
    • Must have own car and UAE drivinglicense
    • Driven individual who is motivated toattain financial success
    • Competent in usingMicrosoft Office
    • Good understanding in the useof CRM software
