Sales Coordinator to join our team

Education And Work Experience Requirements:

BSc/BA in business administration or equivalent
(required)

Good Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving.
24 years of Sales Coordinator experience
(required)

Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry experience
(required).

Responsibilities:

Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material.
Respond to complaints from customers and give during and aftersales support when requested.
Store and sort all relevant documents and data in electronic form and present reports.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Monitor the progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
Coordinate with Operations and Accounts team.
Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

Salary:

AED 3,000 to AED 4,000

Work Location:

708, Al Jawahara Building

BurDubai, Dubai, UAE

Timings:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Saturday)
Weekly-Off (Sunday)

Job Types:

Permanent, Full-time

Salary:

AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
