Description

ROLE PURPOSE:

Supervising all the leasing operations activities to achieve the most efficient organizational target and goals, by maintaining the vehicles always in the efficient condition through making the needed actions while it is under Leasing OPS.

within the timeline addressed per the company KPI's.

SCOPE:

Overall supervision of the operation activities in the branches.
Overall responsibility owner of maintaining system updates of each transaction in the branches.
Crossverification of the agreements entered in the system and modification of the same in case of any discrepancies.
Verification and update in the system facilitating the reallocation of unallocated traffic fines, disputes and Salik.
Investigate and submit reports in case of any lapse or mismanagement which leads to credit note issuance.
Reconciliation of physical stock with system stock and segregating the bikes for the fleet in daily basis.
Coordination with workshop, customer care, finance, and credit dept for smooth function of operations.
Generating the reports related to physical stock, lease agreement, custody, unrentable, for sale, etc.
On time response to customers enquiries.
Frequent visit in the branches under region and report the updates and findings to supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Minimum 24 Years' experience in a similar role.
UAE driving licence mandatory.
Accomplishing tasks within the timeline and corresponding with the required in an official way.
The commitment to the company SOPs and work slandered updates by the line Manager.
Timely manner updating the related tasks for vehicles under leasing operation status.
Immediate response to the required requests from the stakeholder.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
