With a presence that extends beyond the UAE, we also operate a store in Angola, catering to a diverse clientele with a passion for unique and stylish designs.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Administrative & Fashion Assistant to join our team.

As a key support role, you will work closely with our CEO and designer to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing invoices for client orders and services.
  • Overseeing production processes to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Welcoming and assisting walkin clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Following up on payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Handling store inventory, including stock replenishment and organization.

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in a similar role as an Assistant and administrative positions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both inperson and digitally.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing invoices, financial records, and inventory.
  • Professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Familiarity with client management and providing exceptional customer service.
