Record and proofread legal documents;Support in drafting and reviewing of legal documents;Handle all physical and digital archiving of documents, records and reports.
Building and maintaining databases and files;Reviewing and organizing old files and documents;Manage & organize the daily administrative functions while focusing on priority issues, chasing responses and triggering follow-up action when required;Performing due diligence on contracts and business agreements;Performing legal and factual research;Reviewing and monitoring new and updated laws and regulations;Monitoring and ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations;Organizing and analyzing information;
Requirement
Good Knowledge of local and federal laws in the Middle EastGood command of spoken and written English (Arabic would be an advantage)Good Drafting skillsGood I.T.
