    Senior Leadership Development Specialist Jobs In Abu Dhabi | MPH Consulting Services


    Activity:
    ADDIE ( Analysis , design , develop , implementation and evaluation )

    Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    • Assess development needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, Leadership Steering committees and consultation with line managers, instructors and client representatives.
    • Design, plan, organize, and direct leadership development programs, seminars, coaching and other suitable interventions to maximize learning and improvement opportunities.
    • Maintain and deliver the existing Leadership Development programs including: Excellence in Nuclear Leadership Program (EiNLP), First Line Leader Program (FLL), Leading Effective Teams (LET), ONE program and Continuous Development programs.
    • Develop objectives, lesson plans, activities and exam materials as needed to support the development of the trainees and maintain the integrity of the program.
    • Review and revise delivery and material to ensure alignment with the latest industry practices and benchmarks and align with Enterprise priorities.
    • Ensure an approved method is used in determining in needs analysis, curriculum design, material development and delivery of modules and programs.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs ensuring industry standards and quality are adhered to.
    • Facilitate and present modules to the Enterprise leaders and emerging leaders ensuring opportunities for development are provided.

    Activity:
    Administration and Improvement

    Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    • Complete participant feedback summaries to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
    • Conduct observations and evaluations in order to ensure adherence to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
    • Participate in evaluations and self-assessments to identify opportunities for program improvement.
    • Perform post module evaluations to determine the extent to which knowledge and skills gained are being used by participants in their roles.

    Training Effectiveness and Support

    Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    • Engage subject matter experts (SMEs) in the development, maintenance and implementation of materials to ensure effectiveness of programs provided.
    • Support in the development and maintenance of schedules to ensure timely & efficient program implementation.
