• Prepares BIM models up to LOD 400 and drawings and coordinates using Navisworks and other coordination software.
• Perform Quality Assurance and Control checks and audits of all LOD 300, LOD 400 & LOD 500.
• Provide progress and performance updates on a weekly/ monthly basis.
• Ensure the highest quality for all BIM package submissions following Project standards and requirements.
• Review, monitor, and report the development of clash interference and fully coordinated models.
• Coordinate and review models using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Proactively checks and coordinates project BIM models and drawings and meets client requirements, industry standards, and project BIM Execution Plans.
• Advanced understanding of the design process and interfaces between design disciplines.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and skilled BIM Architect who is proficient in both Arabic and English languages.

As a BIM Architect, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes throughout a project throughout the design, construction, and operation phases of a project.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and utilize various software programs to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of architectural designs.

This role is crucial for proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, 3D Max, Enscape, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BIM workflows and standards to improve project efficiency and quality.
• Prepares BIM models up to LOD 400 and drawings and coordinates using Navisworks and other coordination software.
• Perform Quality Assurance and Control checks and audits of all LOD 300, LOD 400 & LOD 500.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create accurate 3D models and architectural designs using Autodesk Revit, Dynamo, and other relevant software tools.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) models to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Generate and manage detailed construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Conduct clash detection and model coordination reviews using Navisworks and other BIM software.
• Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other software to create conceptual designs and presentations for clients.
• Produce realistic renderings and animations using Lumion, 3D Max, and Enscape to communicate design intent.
• Prepare and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations to clients and stakeholders to convey design concepts and project progress.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology and recommend improvements to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience as a BIM Architect, with a portfolio demonstrating successful project implementation using Autodesk Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, 3D Max, Enscape, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in creating and managing complex BIM models, including parametric families, scheduling, and data extraction.
• Extensive knowledge of BIM standards and protocols, such as COBie, IFC, and LOD (Level of Detail).
• Familiarity with construction industry practices, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve design conflicts and issues.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Self-motivated and proactive, passionate about innovation and continuous learning.
