    Job Description:

  • Minimum 8+ years in payments transformation as Program Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Manager
  • Good understanding of Retail & Corporate payments, ISO20022, Instant payments, Real-time payments, SEPA payments etc.
  • Deep expertise of ISO 20022 payment message formats is a MUST
  • Should have been part of at least 2-3 large payment transformation, migration projects with Tier I/II banks in APAC/Middle East/Europe regions
  • Understanding of Retail/Corporate Payment channels, AML/Sanction screening, Clearing & Settlement process
  • Good understanding of cross border payments, and SWIFT messaging MT message formats.
  • Preferably having managed Payment transformation, payment hub programs pertaining to top tier payment systems like GPP, Clear2Pay, Dovetail etc.
  • Should be conversant with Cloud Technologies, API based integration technologies, microservices based architecture etc.
  • Ability to understand customer payment product landscape, ecosystem services and aspects of business processes, operations etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Bank, Product vendors, IT services vendors, any third-party vendors etc.
  • Ability to manage a project team in a multi-cultural environment in an onsite/offshore/near shore model
  • Ability to articulate various points of view and manage customer priorities/conflicts effectively
  • Ability to manage and track project scope, deliverables on an ongoing basis as per the specified parameters of time, cost, and quality
  • Comfortable with Agile as well as waterfall project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Methodologies
  • Good Comm, articulation skills & stakeholder management skills
