Required Qualification and Experience
Work experience required: minimum 12 years of Experience in Call Center, Logistic, Transportation, Fleet:

Immediate Joining:

  • Bachelor Business Administration or related
  • Needs to have a strong leadership background and must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently. In addition, he must have great communication skills
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange export materials/base oil samples,etc
  • Manage and executes strategic vision for the Fleet operational functions
  • Is responsible for the day to day operations in all divisions and Departments
  • Manage the fleet operations as per defined policies and processes.
  • Recommend current and longterm objectives for future developments of Cargo Services
  • Execute the periodical plans of the fleet operational department and manages the operations. in accordance with business plan
  • Lead and coordinate, delivers targets, follows and evaluates his staff performance and report them to the COO or/and Finance Director.
  • Audit periodically all the records of the Fleet Operational department.
  • Make Decisions and Solve Problems, analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Organize meetings as necessary with concerned personnel to ensure smooth operations across the divisions
  • Meet and maintain good relationship with governmental authorities
  • Ensure productivity in transport to optimal level.
  • Conduct roots surveys for transport related activities.

AED10, AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
