Mukbang Shows Restaurant is a thriving and innovative dining establishment located in the vibrant city of Dubai. We specialize in providing unique and exciting culinary experiences to our valued customers. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Accountant and HR Admin to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Accountant:
Manage all aspects of the restaurant's financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct periodic audits to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
Monitor cash flow and manage banking activities.
Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and objectives.

HR Admin:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Administer payroll and benefits programs.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
Support training and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant and/or HR Admin in the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
