Title: Constriction of infrastructure Facilities at 21 Madinat Zayed (November 2021 to March 2022) Scope of Work: Constriction of infrastructure Facilities (Road, Parking & footpath) (Sewerage Pipe line storm water, sweet water 150mm) & (Electric 11kv & 33kv street light electric pole) Contractor: Abu Dhabi Maintenance & Constriction Co. LLC (ADMAC) Client: Department of Urban Planning & Municipality (Al Dhafra Region Municipality) Position: SITE ENGINEER. 7 Title: Transmission Pipe line 1400 DI Pipes from Al Helio to Ajman (March 2022 to till now) Scope of Work: Installation of 1400mm, fresh water pipeline work. Contractor: Abu Dhabi Maintenance & Constriction Co. LLC (ADMAC) Client: Contractor: Federal Electricity and Water Authority (FEWA) Position: SITE ENGINEER. 2. Tile: Gwadar East Bay Expressway Package#04 (January 2020 - August 2021) Scope of Work: Construction of 6 lane road from Pasni to Makran Contractor: Sui Fun Construction Company Ltd Chent: National Highway Authority Position: SITE ENGINEER. 3. Tite: Hazara Motorway Package#5 (November 2018 - December 2019) Scope of Work: Construction of Road, Tunnels and Bridges Contractor: ZKB Engineers and Constructors Company. Client: National Highway Authority Position: SITE ENGINEER.
Duties and Responsibilities: 7 Assured that the site work was performed according to the engineering schemes and plans 7 Supervises and leads foremen, Lead men, skilled labor, and work crews in all activities concerned project Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project » Able to demonstrate excellent labor management skills, following policies, procedures and work practices, d developing improvements where necessary. » Competent in reading and understanding Specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation. Familiar with and enforces strict compliance with all QA/QC and Safety procedures, plus all Company rules and regulations » Understands the principles and importance of planning. Monitors and tracks daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual. Takes appropriate mitigating plan, based on knowledge of available manpower, equipment, materials » Ensures that the Supervisors, foremen, Lead men understand and implement the work plan, by explaining and engaging in pro-active communication with the crews 7 Reviews quantities of matenals received or used during specified periods, in order to minimize wastage and ction to ensure compliance with the inefficiency. » Construction of Pipeline, Manhole, all types of chambers for main house connection including the reinstatement of asphalt and interlock tiles 7 Responsible for construction and supervision of road works, footpath and cycle tracks. » Responsible for construction and supervision of 150mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm water pipeline and sewerage and storm water work 7 Responsible for installation of ducts crossing for water supply, sewerage, drainage, electrical ducts, ducts for telephone, and spare ducts for other authorities » Responsible for quality control of roads, all services and utilities » Understands the principles and importance of planning » Monitors and tracks daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual Takes appropriate mitigating action to ensure comphance with the plan, based on knowledge of available manpower, equipment, materials # Ensure that all necessary matenal (Quahitatively & Quantitatively) are available in ordance with plan if not available than contact with higher authorities to provide in order to prevent any production loss 7 Reporting technically to company nominated Project Managers responsible for all technical issues related to their area of specialization Software skills * AutoCAD, * Microsoft Office & Revit Languages: English Advanced * Chinese Intermediate (HSK 4) e Urdu Native language
