It's been a while, since I've shared some insights but the truth is, every article I write, must intent to do, what it's meant to do - Which is to help you thrive and go after your Dream Career Freedom
Someone once told me, "You have the capability of creating your own world. We can choose to let our emotions create or destroy the life we live."
Emotions can steer and change the direction of your life in the blink of an eye. They can make you say things and do things you wouldn’t normally do, good and bad. They make our lives a spontaneous and unique experience.
Doubting your powers will only give power to your doubt. With the right attitude, you’ll undoubtedly achieve success.
Ask yourself,
“How am I going to use this life to live to my fullest potential?
You have no responsibility to live up to what other people think you ought to accomplish. I have no responsibility to be like they expect me to be. It’s their mistake, not my failing.” ― Richard P. Feynman
It’s important to understand that your character strengths are not who you are, but they are what you currently do!
People are always going to tell you to settle for something lesser. They may have best intention but they don’t know your true potential.
Remember you deserve so much more than what the people who give you advice accomplished,
Advice they have not tried for themselves nor did they achieve success using the advice given.
Settle for that salary. ❌
Settle for that job. ❌
Settle for that partner. ❌
My experiences in life have taught me to focus on my character strengths that enrich and uplift me along with the people around me.
There’s room for everyone to succeed. Stop the crab mentality and embrace abundance, love, love of learning, empathy, courage, curiosity and kindness
✅ Listen to that part of Yourself, that’s knows
Each one of us can live a full, complete life achieving our goals and realizing our wildest dreams!
Avalon Airshow, Melbourne, Airshow 2023
These verses remind me of Victor's caution - The importance of living responsibly. His emphasis on responsibleness is reflected below:
Victor Frankl - "Live as if you were living already for the second time and as if you had acted the first time as wrongly as you are about to act now!
Here's a poem I wrote in 2018
If we let little things around us,
Slip past in vain.
There'll be a never ending pain
There's nothing to gain.
Make use of that opportunity
Hold on to the thought
For the joy from its outcome
Has no measure no bounds.
Hold on to every joy
Believe you'll be fine again
Be your own sunshine
Be your own rainbow
Spread your light and colors
Make others shine.
For it is in giving we receive,
In receiving we learn,
In learning we grow.
Once you believe in yourself and what your putting forward to the world and people will automatically believe in you.
Kennet River, the Great Ocean Road, Melbourne
Let's listen to what some of the amazing, kind hearted and fascinating women I've spoken to in the last 5 years have told me on embracing and living life to our full potential ( Click on the title links to read the detailed conversations I've had with them)
Know you will fall down, but also know you have the strength and resilience to get back up and keep going - Laura Staley, Ph.D.
If you have identified a clear passion, a way to serve others, or a product that brings joy and value, take small steps everyday to bring it to life.
"Do what you love, live true to your gifts and talents.
Listen to your heart because the heart knows the answers.
Identify what you love so much that you will jump out of bed every morning excited for the day and all the challenges.
What is that “dream that will need all the love you can give everyday of your life for as long as you live?”-Rogers and Hammerstein What is that dream? Keep going, responding, and making lots of mistakes, and be willing to learn and keep taking inspired actions.
Surround yourself with good, wise people who really believe in you and will be supportive and honest with you. Grow deeply in self-awareness" - Laura Staley, Ph.D.
Be willing to stretch outside your comfort zone and learn. Keep being brave, network, and ask questions. Keep being willing to grow, adapt, and flow. There are many people willing to help and guide…Ask for support! - Deborah Levine
" i) Visibility: Marketing yourself and your products and or services is a demanding enterprise. Everything from your name, your internet presence, your networking, and your visuals assist you in getting those opportunities. If you decide to do your own marketing, be prepared to spend several hour daily getting up and running, maintaining that visibility, and reaching out to new prospects.
ii) Credibility: Try to be as consistent as possible with the language and graphics that you use and make sure they match what you are selling. It takes several exposures for you to be remembered and if you keep changing your look and sound, it’s difficult for people to trust what they’re getting from you and your products/services.
iii) Flexibility: When meeting new clients, make sure they know that you can tailor your services to meet their needs. Provide a variety of packaged arrangements for different situations. Offer discounts when appropriate and rewards for repeat customers. Make your potential and returning customers feel that you care about their specific needs." - Deborah Levine
"Know your worth. You're more than you think. You have more strength that you can imagine. - Katja Matosevic
If you have an idea, go for it. Don't ever be scared to get out of your comfort zone. That where the miracle happens. You make them happen by acknowledging the power that resides in you. Learn from every step you take, evolve, grow and start. Just start. Do not wait for that perfect moment - there's no such moment in life. Start with what you have and are and make changes along the way. Be open and flexible. "
"Don’t wait until everything is perfect. There will never be a perfect time to take the leap. Seizing the opportunity to live out your gifts and talents is of prime importance. None of us is promised tomorrow." - 💜Heather R Younger

It seems like you're sharing an inspiring message about embracing and achieving one's full potential. It's great to see that you're encouraging others to focus on their character strengths, take small steps towards their goals, and surround themselves with supportive and wise people. You also mention the importance of being responsible and living with intention.
I think one important point you make is about not settling for less than what we truly want in life. It's easy to let others' opinions or societal pressures influence us and convince us that we should be content with less. But as you say, we all have the potential to live a full and complete life, and it's up to us to choose to pursue that potential.
Your poem is beautiful and reinforces the message of taking hold of opportunities and spreading light and joy to others. It's also great to see you sharing the wisdom of other kind-hearted and inspiring women who have shared their own experiences of pursuing their dreams and thriving.
Overall, your message is one of empowerment and encouragement to live fully and authentically. Thanks for sharing it!
