Operations/ Production/ Planat Manager for Readymix Concrete Operations

Leading 5 business departments (Shipping, Site Management including Placing booms & pipeline activities, Production, Fleet Management, maintenance department and as major responsibility with customer oriented actions) to ensure the smooth running of the operations.

• Achieving monthly business target production of 70- 85 K M3/month 
• Overall management of 190 + manpower in operations in 3 locations (Dubai, Sharjah &Ajman)
• Follow and implementation of Health & safety policies & procedures of Lafarge Holcim.
• Daily coordination with shipping team for the delivery planning & implementation.
• Excellent experience on placing boom & pipeline installation for high rise buildings.
• Material & quality management
• Effective control on maintenance cost and proper planning on maintenance with spares forecast etc.
• Cost control targets and achievement as per business scenarios
• Customer satisfaction in terms of good service and quality
• Achieve the targeted availability of all equipments for production.
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness of all resources.
• Analyzing of actual performance VS planned and take corrective measures for further improvement.
• Formulation of Weekly, monthly and yearly production/project forecasts and budgets accordingly with proper manpower and equipment planning
