The term was coined at 1995 by “Donald Norman”, Apple’s former vice president of the company’s Advanced Technology Group, who said:

“I invented the term because I thought human interface and usability were too narrow. I wanted to cover all aspects of the person’s experience with the system including industrial design, graphics, the interface, the physical interaction, and the manual.”

In our current time, with the large number of applications and websites and the intense competition with the similarity of services and content provided by these applications and sites, its strength has become to provide a site or application that the user can use in an easy and comfortable way and to have beautiful and modern interfaces that suit the taste of users.

User experience is “user - centered” and can be defined as the process that ensures the relationship between the user and your product, and the creation of easy, enjoyable, accessible and use products for all users without facing any problem in use and ensures that you build a good relationship with the user, For example, when downloading any mobile application, the application has a period of time not exceeding two minutes to convince the user to stay in the application and browse and find that the application provides the service he is looking for in a clear and easy way, otherwise the user will delete the application.
