The Role

Outbound calls to sellers/buyers
Arranging market appraisals and photos for the listings
Qualifying clients and conducting viewings
Managing the negotiation process
Understanding and meeting the needs of your clients
Networking to build client base and local network
Maintain uptodate knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies
Keep uptodate with the latest launches and projects

Requirements:

What we're looking for;

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, developers, latest trends and upcoming projects in the industry
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Excellent communication, customers service and interpersonal skills
Strong networking skills with the ability to build & maintain strong relationships
Highly selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Innovative and forward thinking
Good knowledge of social media marketing tools
Passionate and Results driven
