Description

The Role

Photography/Videography of interior and exterior shots of real estate properties, ensuring the use of proper equipment, lighting, and composition techniques.
Edit and retouch photographs & videographs to enhance their visual appeal and quality.
Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting.
Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their visual requirements and preferences, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify optimal shooting locations, angles, and lighting conditions to capture the essence of each property.
Provide clients with the final, edited photographs and videos within agreedupon timelines.
Ensure the consistency and quality of all visual content produced, meeting or exceeding industry standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Indepth knowledge of photography techniques, equipment, and editing software.
Familiarity with architectural and real estate photography principles.
Exceptional attention to detail and an artistic eye for composition and aesthetics.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and an understanding of property aesthetics.
Proficiency in postprocessing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
