Department Description:
The function The unit is to manage and safeguard ENBD provisions and interests in outsourcing process or manage already outsourced activities to other Group or 3rd party service providers Broadly the purpose will be to monitor and play critical role in incorporationmaintenance of following parameters
Management of Contract agreement Support Migration of services
Managing Relationship with Serviceproviders Managing performance coordinates
Facilitating Solution design supportbetween ENBD and Outsourced service providers
Brief Description:
The job holder is responsible for
Provision of set of dedicated services relating to business support activities
Managing and controlling a range of identified service providerswithin Group or outside providers to ENBD
Safeguarding ENBD interests in services orientated to product process or information support
Monitoring business requirement visàvis the service deliverables from providers
Facilitating changes in concerned areas to anticipate and meet business support requirements for advice guidance and incorporation
The role demands associated knowledge Operations process knowhow and ability to solve varied problems
Detailed Description:
Identify Review and recommend standards that are based on Business requirement relevant and appropriate to business needs
Coordinate capacity planning based on business cycle trends and initiatives
Monitor and report partner performance on a monthly basis
Administer financial regimeService Debits Credits
Identify rovide business planning input and gain agreement
Support implementation and Facilitate improvements to enhance business performance
Ensure that providers do not deviate from all ENBD policies and compliance
Acquire buyins and facilitate sign off on baseline Resolve bottleneckscomms IT Legals
Job Requirements:
Facilitate contract negotiation and change phase
Provide inputs and insights to on Ops Process procurement finance etc
Facilitate and assist in finalizing the contract
Manage flow of communication and Ensure clarity of understanding and prioritization
Facilitate and help resolve issues between stakeholders and Manage outsourcing relationships
Coordinate and prioritize stakeholders business requirements and functions
Suggest improvements keeping customers in mind without compromising on the key controls
Additional Details:
Banking operations and systemsknowledge areaessential
3 years of experience in vendor services or a customer service role
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical skills
Experience of building portfolio dashboards presentations
Familiarity with various systems and reports
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Assist Strong analytic
Knowledge of Banks EDW database
Data mining using available tools
