We are looking for an Accounts assistant to provide day to day support and co-ordination to the Accounts department.

The Accounts assistant must have good organization ability and communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.


Responsibilities:


  • Accurately record financial transactions in Tally software, including invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing clients and processing supplier invoices.
  • Maintaining petty cash.
  • Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements balance sheets and income statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Job Requirements

  • Handson experience with accounting and
    ERP software
  • Tally prime:
  • Experience with general ledger functions.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Can work well under pressure.

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:


  • Audit assistant: 3 years (required)
