Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries, requests, and tasks from clients and internal teams.
- Ensure timely followup on customer queries and requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer needs effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent task management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong followup skills to ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
