Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming inquiries, requests, and tasks from clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely followup on customer queries and requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer needs effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent task management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong followup skills to ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
