Office Manager - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Feedezo Consulting
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of administrative staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and clerical personnel.
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling inquiries from staff and external parties.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for efficient office functioning.
- Manage office facilities, including equipment maintenance, repairs, and vendor contracts for services such as cleaning and maintenance.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting for officerelated expenses.
- Coordinate office events and activities, such as staff meetings, training sessions, and employee recognition programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for building management, security, and other external service providers to address facilityrelated issues.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain security protocols to protect company assets.
- Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership to support crossfunctional initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Knowledge of office equipment and systems, including phone systems, printers, and copiers.
