Job Description:

We seek a Installed base Account Manager who will focus on our ESM (assyst) and ERP existing customers


The function provides expertise, oversight and deep industry knowledge to close targeted deals for upsell across our geography within a global, regional, and localized matrix structure.


The target customers are customers who are already using the ESM product assyst, for upsell and renewals and in addition work with the Installed base team of the ERP business to upsell assyst into the already existing ERP customers of IFS.


  • Develop, extend and maintain the relationship with our customers and with the relevant teams within IFS
  • Work with our customers to establish excellent relationships whilst identifying new business opportunities.
  • Accurately revenue forecasting against set cadence with utilizing CRM.
  • Lead the execution of sales efforts and initiatives within targeted markets.
  • Achieve and exceed quota target through successful execution of sales strategy and account planning.
  • Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales management, and other internal functional groups to identify and develop new customers for ESM.
  • Work with installed base account executives to cross sell the ESM product.
  • Manage and build a rolling pipeline and identify opportunities and new project development.
  • Execute the gotomarket and sales activities for our ESM Business Unit in existing and new customers.
  • Actively build and manage the sales pipeline

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrate track record of building long term relationships, achieving sales targets and quotas
  • Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around IT
  • 5+ Years' experience with SAAS, ITSM, ESM or ITOM solutions
  • Understanding of Meddic sales methodology is a plus
