Our organization is looking for a capable and experienced Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary, you will provide administrative support to the company's management team and assist with day-to-day office operations.The ideal applicant will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and answer to queries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memoranda, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update the company's filing system and databases.
- Order office supplies and inventory; and Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic languages
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
