Our organization is looking for a capable and experienced Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary, you will provide administrative support to the company's management team and assist with day-to-day office operations.

The ideal applicant will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and answer to queries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memoranda, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update the company's filing system and databases.
  • Order office supplies and inventory; and Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.

Requirements:


  • 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic languages
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- secretary: 1 year (required)
