    Description

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Managethe CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings,appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Handlecorrespondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of theCEO.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, anddocuments as required.
    • Coordinate andfacilitate communication between different departments and externalstakeholders.
    • Organize international anddomestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations,and itineraries.
    • Ensure all necessary traveldocumentation is in place for the CEO's trips to variouscountries.
    • Provide logistical support duringtravel, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing any issues thatmay arise.
    • Assist in developing andimplementing marketing strategies to promote the company'sservices and productsinternationally.
    • Coordinate marketingmaterials, including presentations, brochures, and onlinecontent.
    • Support the CEO in identifyingpotential business opportunities andpartnerships.
    • Act as a communication liaisonbetween the CEO and internal teams, clients, partners, andstakeholders.
    • Utilize excellent communicationskills to effectively represent the CEO and the company'sinterests in diverse internationalsettings.
    • Support the CEO in special projects,research, and initiatives, providing critical assistance in projectmanagement and implementation.
    • Manage variousadministrative tasks, including document management,record-keeping, and general officeduties.

    Requirements:

    • Provenexperience as an executive or personal assistant, preferablysupporting C-level executives.
    • Exceptionalorganizational, time-management, and administrativeskills.
    • Strong communication and marketingskills with the ability to represent the CEOeffectively.
    • Ability and willingness to travelextensively to various internationaldestinations.
    • Knowledge of marketing strategiesand experience in creating marketing materials isbeneficial.
    • High proficiency in relevantsoftware and tools for scheduling, communication, and documentmanagement.
    • Discretion and trustworthiness whenhandling confidential information.
    • Femalecandidates with presentable appearance
    • Salary:AED 10000 with other benefits as per UAElaws
