Job Summary:
Accounting support is an important function within the organization.

The Accountant manages the books and records of their assigned facilities ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reports to the facilities.


Job duties & responsibilities

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Assist in Financial Reporting: Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.

Invoice Processing: Verify invoices, process payments, and reconcile discrepancies.

Expense Tracking: Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.

Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain organized files.

Assist in Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, or finance.
  • Must have 23 years of UAE experience as an Accountant.
  • Proficient in using accounting software platforms like Tally, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have experience in stock handling and inventory control.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Must have the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
  • Must be able to deal tactfully with team members and managers
  • Excellent Excel skills are required

Salary:
AED3, AED4,250.00 per month
