We are looking for a (English/Russian) speaker with excellent sales skills

Every deal you close will bring you AED on top of your salary. You will call on warm leads.

Central Cove holiday homes is a professional property management company licenced by the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce.

Based in Dubai, Our organisation prides itself in our multi-channel marketing services.

To join our team, you will have:

  • Experience from any sales backgrounds (preferably Call Centre).
  • Sales experience in a target driven, KPI focused environment
  • Strong networking skills, able to demonstrate your business development capability
  • Passion for achieving results and exceeding targets
  • Initiative and commitment, able to manage clients
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, Arabic other languages would be advantageous.
  • Currently based in Dubai.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
  • Generating awareness of our services as a holiday homes management company
  • Ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance and information
  • Providing excellent service and support to clients to keep them regularly updated
  • Completing all administration duties associated with the role as required
  • Updating internal CRM process and systems aligned to our Sales tracking system
  • Communicating regularly with Operations and Client Relations
  • Preparing and presenting monthly sales reports and participating in meetings as required
  • Contributing to the development of marketing materials and sales promotions
  • Attending networking events to promote our services
  • Participating in team meetings, working in partnership with colleagues

Recruitment Process and Timeline

3. If you have been shortlisted, you will have the opportunity to attend an in-person meeting (which might include case study, role-play, - this will be communicated to you in the initial conversation).
