Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new apartments from property owners for our holiday homes business
  • Create and lead a highperforming team focused on business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with marketing to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, partners, and stakeholders
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competition, and opportunities to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Achieve a target of expanding our portfolio to over 50 apartments by the end of the year

Requirements:


  • Minimum 58 years of experience in the holiday homes business with a proven record of successfully bringing new apartments on board
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
