We are a fashion brand based in Dubai looking for a sales lady who can play a pivotal role in creating a pleasant and engaging shopping environment for customers.

This position requires a mix of fashion sense, customer service skills, and sales acumen to ensure that customers leave satisfied with both their purchases and their experience.

We are looking for someone residing in Marina who can speak fluent English. The ability to communicate in Arabic is a plus.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide a welcoming and personalized shopping experience for all customers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and style to recommend appropriate products.
  • Maintain visual standards of the store, including displays and merchandise presentation.
  • Restock items that are selling out and ensure that sale items are well promoted.
  • Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
  • Perform stock checks, reorder lowstock items, and participate in inventory audits.
  • Tag and arrange new inventory as it arrive and ensure it is displayed promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in retail sales, especially in the fashion industry.
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask.
  • Flexible in working hours
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other retail technology.
  • Must have own visa. Labour card will be provided by the company.
Salary ranges between AED 2000 to AED 4000 depending on experience and skills + Commission.


Pay:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
