Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in Arabic language and literature.
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback to foster a positive learning environment.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of the UAE Ministry of Education's guidelines and ensure compliance with educational standards.
Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
Organize and participate in school events, activities, and extracurricular activities related to Arabic language and culture.
Engage in continuous professional development and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and the Arabic language curriculum.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language or Literature, with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
Minimum of 23 years of teaching experience, preferably in the UAE.
Strong command of the Arabic language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
Familiarity with the UAE Ministry of Education's curriculum and standards.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students through innovative and interactive teaching strategies.
