Your responsibilities include:

Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, concepts, and plans
Conduct research and analysis to inform the design process, including site analysis, environmental considerations, and user needs
Assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively
Create detailed architectural drawings, using computeraided design (CAD) software
Develop and update construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
Support the implementation of design changes or revisions as required
Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings, including design boards, 3D models, and digital presentations

What you will need:

A bachelor's degree in architecture
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or other 3D modeling and visualization tools
Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), for producing compelling presentations
Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction techniques
Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling productive teamwork and the ability to present design ideas convincingly
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in architectural design and project management.
